Jeff received his M.F.A. from Arizona State. He served as the Education Director of Tamarind from 1988 -1998, and recently became the Head of Printmaking at the Univesity of Missouri, St. Louis. His work is in private and public collections throughout the U.S., and he recently had solo exhibitions in Belgium and Santiago, Chile.
